On October 7, 2014 we published an article titled “United Nations – Tenth Session of the Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters” on the Tenth Annual Session of the Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters that is being held from 27 to 31 October 2014 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. In this respect the UN has published Conference Room Papers (CRPs). The CRPs a.o. include drafts of proposed revisions/updates of the United Nations Model Double Taxation Convention between Developed and Developing Countries.

The CRPs can be found at the bottom of the webpage of the UN that is dedicated to the tenth annual session of the Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters (in the section “Background Information”).
