INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - OECD releases comments it received regarding Action 6 (Prevent treaty abuse) of its BEPS Action Plan

On June 18, 2015 the OECD released the public comments it received on the Revised Discussion Draft it published regarding BEPS Action 6 (Prevent treaty abuse).

On May 22, 2015 the OECD released: “Revised discussion draft BEPS ACTION 6: PREVENT TREATY ABUSE” (you will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window). On June 18, 2015 the OECD published the public comments it received on this Discussion Draft. In an earlier press release the OECD already announced that NO public consultation meeting will be held regarding the proposals included in the revised Discussion Draft
