On September 10, 2015 the Spanish Ministry of Finance published a press release announcing that on September 10, 2015 Spain and Qatar signed an agreement to avoid Double Taxation and to prevent Fiscal Evasion. Unfortunately we were not yet able to locate the text of the Agreement.
