INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Liechtenstein and Hungary conclude negotiations on DTA

On February 13, 2015 the Government of Liechtenstein issued a press release announcing that on January 26, 2015 Liechtenstein and Hungary concluded their negotiations on a Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) on income and on capital. Now the required procedures will begin in both countries for the signing of the agreement.

Unfortunately no text of the DTA for which the negotiations were concluded is available yet. According to the press release as issued by the Government of Liechtenstein, the text of the DTA will be published after the DTA is signed.
