The OECD has announced that on March 16 & 17, 2015 it will host the 4th Annual Meeting of the Global Forum on Transfer Pricing. The Meeting will be held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris.

According to an announcement made by the OECD, the 4th Annual Meeting will focus on the BEPS work already undertaken and the deliverables to be finalized in 2015 relating to transfer pricing. The announcement furthermore notes that the meeting is held back-to-back with a meeting on March 18, 2015 of the Task Force on Tax and Development.

According to the announcement, the experience of delegates and the practical impact of the current work on Transfer Pricing will take centre stage during this 4th Annual Meeting of the Global Forum on Transfer Pricing. Participants are invited to discuss the practical effect of the proposed revisions to Chapter I of the Transfer Pricing Guidelines together with the impact of the revised guidance on transfer pricing documentation, including country-by-country reporting. The meeting will also discuss the rules proposed in the Discussion Draft on interest deductibility, to highlight the interaction with other BEPS actions.
