On May 19, 2015 we already reported that the European Parliament’s Special Committee on Tax Rulings and Other Measures Similar in Nature or Effect had made a start with making Official Letters available. At that time only the information requests sent out by the Special Committee were published. Now new documents are available. New documents we spotted include a.o.: a partial reply from the European Commission’s Directorate-General Taxation and Customs Union (DG TAXUD) sent on May 7, 2015 and the reply from Commissioner Vestager from April 29, 2015.
