The U.S. Department of the Treasury on its webpage that is dedicated to FATCA has published the FATCA Agreements that were concluded between respectively the United States and Iceland and the United States and Romania.

 

Both agreements are so-called Model 1 IGAs.

 

U.S. – Icelandic FATCA IGA

Already in November 2014 the Governments of Iceland and the United States reached an agreement in substance regarding a FATCA IGA to be concluded between the two states. Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FATCA Agreement between The United States and Iceland was signed on May 26, 2015.

U.S. – Romanian FATCA IGA

Already in April 2014 the Governments of Romania and the United States reached an agreement in substance regarding a FATCA IGA to be concluded between the two states. Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FATCA Agreement between The United States and Romania was signed on May 28, 2015.
