The U.S. Department of the Treasury on its webpage that is dedicated to FATCA has announced that the FATCA Agreement between the Government of the United States and the Government of Montserrat has been signed.

According to the information provided on the website of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the agreement concluded  is a so-called Model 1 IGA.

Already in November 2014 the Government of the United States and the Government of Montserrat reached an agreement in substance regarding a FATCA IGA to be concluded. Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FATCA Agreement between The United States and Montserrat was signed on September 8, 2015.
