INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Singapore – IRAS publishes the third edition of its e-Tax Guide on Transfer Pricing Guidelines

On January 4, 2015 the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) published the third edition of its e-Tax Guide on Transfer Pricing Guidelines.

According to the overview of updates and amendments as provided in the e-Tax Guide itself the amendments and updates as made in the third edition include a.o.:

· Amendments made to paragraphs 5.53, 5.54 and 5.56 to 5.58 to enhance the guidance on the cost plus method;

· IRAS has enhanced the MAP and APA process and amended the relevant paragraphs in sections 8 to 10.
