The European Commission has published the responses it received on the consultation it opened on October 1, 2015 on a re-launch of the Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base (CCCTB). The consultation already closed on January 8, 2016.

 

The received responses have been put in spreadsheets.

 

According to the information provided by the European Commission it received 175 responses, of which 15 respondents did not agree on the publication of their responses. On EU Taxation and Customs a spreadsheet containing all 160 (published) responses is available. However, there are also spreadsheets available containing responses of a certain group of respondents.

 

As stated above the European Commission received 175 responses of which 160 responses are published. These can be divided as follows:

·        Responses by enterprises (55 responses of which 43 are published);

·        Responses by organizations registered in the Transparency register (87 responses of which 85 are published);

·        Responses by public authorities (1 response (From the Estonian Ministry of Finance));

·        Responses by private individuals (13 responses of which 12 are published); and

·        Another set of responses by organizations registered in the Transparency register (19 responses, all published)

 

Next to the responses the European Commission has also published several sets of ‘Additional documents submitted during the public consultation’.
