On July 11, 2017 the OECD issued a press release announcing that on that same date Cameroon signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). By doing so Cameroon became the 70 signatory to the MLI.

The OECD has also updated the list of signatories to the MLI. Not only did the status of Cameroon change from committed to signatory, but by clicking on Cameroon one is forwarded to the “Status of List of Reservations and Notifications at the Time of Signature” as made by Cameroon (in French).
