According to the overview of Signatories of the CbC MCAA as available on the website of the OECD we understand that as per June 22, 2017 the total number of signatories of the CbC MCAA went up to 64.

From the overview we furthermore understand that next to Singapore, the latest signatories to the CbC MCAA are:

·   Belize;

·   the Cayman Islands;

·   Colombia;

·   Haiti;

·   Pakistan; and

·   Turks and Caicos Islands.

The CbC MCAA allows all signatories to bilaterally and automatically exchange Country-by-Country Reports with each other, as contemplated by Action 13 of the BEPS Action Plan.
