On November 7, 2017 the OECD organized a public consultation meeting with respect to its Public Discussion Draft: “Additional Guidance on Attribution of Profits to Permanent Establishments” as released on June 22, 2017. A live webstream of this public consultation meeting was made available via the internet. The OECD has made replays available of this livestream. The OECD has made a separate replay available of the morning session and a separate replay of the afternoon session.
