INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Japan and Brazil signed an Agreement regarding Mutual Administrative Assistance and Cooperation in Customs Matters

On September 14, 2017 the Government of Japan and the Government of Federative Republic of Brazil signed an Agreement regarding Mutual Administrative Assistance and Cooperation in Customs Matters (Hereafter: The Agreement).

Although the agreement was signed it did not yet enter into force. For the agreement to enter into force the respective necessary domestic procedures need to have been completed.
