INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - The MLI to enter into force with respect to New Zealand, Serbia, Sweden and the United Kingdom

On October 1, 2018 the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (MLI) will enter into force with respect to:

· New Zealand;

· Serbia;

· Sweden; and

· The United Kingdom.

· New Zealand’s instrument of ratification can be found here;

· Sweden’s instrument of ratification can be found here; and

· The United Kingdom’s instrument of ratification can be found here.
