On May 20, 2022 the Dutch Government published its 2022 Spring Budget. The 2022 Spring Budget also contains several proposals for amendments to be made to different Dutch tax Acts. In the sheet below we have highlighted 5 of the proposals that might also impact international businesses that are active in the Netherlands.

It should be noted that these are still only proposal. The Dutch Government still has to draft the law proposals needed for the implementation and these law proposals then still have to be approved by the House of Representatives and the House of Lords.
