INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - The OECD published the public comments it received on the Progress Report on Amount A of Pillar One

On July 11, 2022 the OECD opened a public consultation on the Progress Report on Amount A of Pillar One. This Progress Report is a consultation document released by the OECD Secretariat for the purposes of obtaining further input from stakeholders on the technical design of Amount A. The consultation period ran until August 19, 2022.

Ahead of the public consultation meeting the OECD is holding on September 12, 2022, on August 25, the OECD published the public comments it received on the Progress Report on Amount A of Pillar One. The OECD received comments from a total of 71 parties, which you can download here as a zip-file.

Persons that are wishing to virtually attend the public consultation on the subject can still register on Zoom to do so until Wednesday, 7 September 2022 (12:00 CEST). The Public consultation meeting will take place on September 12, 2022 from 12:00 to 17:00 CEST.
