In line with Chloé’s ambitious development strategy, the Director of Accounting, Tax and Treasury is responsible for Chloé SAS accounting operations, statutory and fiscal disclosures, and manage clients and suppliers liabilities to secure cash flow, in line with deadlines, legislation and Group’s standards.




Supervise all accounting operations, in line with legal, accounting and Group standards, by:

·   Controlling financial accounting, subsidiary accounts and capital assets

·   Partnering with Controlling, S/C, HR and Richemont teams to ensure consistency in accounting systems

·   Validating rules for cost applications, together with Controlling Team


Manage royalties and suppliers liabilities to secure cash flow, by:

·   Controlling all suppliers impacts on accounting (imputation, monthly cut-off..) by liaising with Controlling Team and Supply-Chain team

·   Managing financial relationships with suppliers, organising solvency studies

·   Organising payments, in line with contractual deadlines


Ensure statutory and fiscal reporting, in line with Group standards and deadline, by:

·   Preparing disclosure of statutory accounts, tax forms, and any other declaratory obligations

·   Ensuring the respect of internal and external deadlines


Participate in the definition of IT strategy


Manage, supervise and coordinate the Accounting and Fiscal team



·   Education: Business school or equivalent + additional degree in Accounting

·   Required experience: at least 10 years, including 3 to 5 years acquired in similar function

·   Know-how and technical: strong financial acumen, understanding and interest in IT systems, good knowledge of IFRS, French accounting standards and SAP

·   Languages: fluent in French and English
