(June 4, 2015)

Yesterday we already reported that Australia and Canada had signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA). On June 4, 2015 the OECD issued a press release stating that next to Australia and Canada also Chile, Costa Rica, India, Indonesia and New Zealand signed the MCAA. With these jurisdictions signing the total number of jurisdictions that currently have signed the MCAA comes to 61.
