INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - Jersey and Romania have signed a Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA)

On December 2, 2014 the Government of Jersey issued a press release announcing that on December 1, 2014 Jersey and Romania signed a tax information exchange agreement (TIEA) at the Romanian Embassy in London.

The tax information exchange agreement will come into force once the parties have completed their respective domestic procedures for ratification.

Unfortunately we were not yet able to locate the text of the TIEA that Jersey and Romania have signed.
