The U.S. Department of the Treasury on its webpage that is dedicated to FATCA has published the FATCA Agreement that was concluded between Government of the United States and the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The agreement is a so-called Model 1 IGA.

Already in June 2014 the Government of the United States and the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines reached an agreement in substance regarding a FATCA IGA to be concluded. Based on the information provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the FATCA Agreement between The United States and St. Vincent and the Grenadines was signed on August 18, 2015.
