INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - OECD releases public comments it received on Action 4 (Interest Deductions and Other Financial Payments) of the BEPS Action Plan

On February 11, 2015 the OECD released the public comments it received on the Discussion Draft it published regarding BEPS Action 4 (Interest Deductions and Other Financial Payments).

On December 18, 2014 the OECD released: “Public Discussion Draft -BEPS ACTION 4: INTEREST DEDUCTIONS AND OTHER FINANCIAL PAYMENTS”. On February 11, 2015 the OECD published the public comments it received on this Discussion Draft. The comments are published in 2 parts that together total to over 1,000 pages (Part 1 & Part 2).

The input will be discussed during a public consultation at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, which will be held on February 17, 2015.
