OECD’s Public Consultation Meeting on BEPS Action 4 (Interest Deductions and other Financial Payements) is held on February 17, 2015 at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris. The meeting is planned to last from 10.00 CET until 18.00 CET. To attend this meeting one had to register upfront. However the OECD will also broadcast this meeting live via the internet.

According to the OECD one can view the webcast via the following link: http://video.oecd.org/. No registration is needed to watch the broadcast.

Obviously one wants to sit down fully prepared to watch the broadcast of this Public Consultation Meeting. The following documents can be of help in this respect:

·       Public Discussion Draft –BEPS ACTION 4: INTEREST DEDUCTIONS AND OTHER FINANCIAL PAYMENTS as released by the OECD on December 18, 2014;

·       Part 1 of the comments received (comments received from parties whose names start with a number or the letters  A-I (the 100 Group – International Bar Association (IBA))), as released by the OECD on February 11, 2015;

·       Part 2 of the comments received (comments received from parties whose names start with the letters I-Z (International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – Water UK), as released by the OECD on February 11, 2015.
