On January 12, 2015 the OECD released two sets of public comments it received on Discussion Drafts it has published earlier.
The first set of public comments regards public comments received regarding the Discussion Draft on follow-up work on Action 6 (Prevent treaty abuse) of the BEPS Action Plan, which was published on November 21, 2014. The input will be discussed during a public consultation at the OECD Conference Centre on January 22, 2015. The second set of public comments regards public comments received on the Discussion Draft regarding Action 7 (Prevent the Artificial Avoidance of PE Status) of the BEPS Action Plan, which was published on October 31, 2014. The input will be discussed during a public consultation at the OECD Conference Centre on January 21, 2015. For further information click here to be forwarded to the news release as issued by the OECD in this respect. The news release contains a link to the public comments as released by the OECD.
