On January 19, 2015 the OECD released the public comments it received on the Discussion Draft “BEPS ACTION 14: MAKE DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS MORE EFFECTIVE” which it released on December 18, 2014. The OECD has put the public comments received in one 413 page long PDF document.

The input will be discussed during a public consultation at the OECD Conference Centre on January 23, 2015. For further information click here to be forwarded to the news release as issued by the OECD in this respect. The news release contains a link to the public comments as released by the OECD.
