On June 1, 2015 the OECD published the Public Comments it received regarding Public Discussion Draft - BEPS ACTION 8: REVISIONS TO CHAPTER VIII OF THE TRANSFER PRICING GUIDELINES ON COST CONTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENTS (CCAs).
On April 29, 2015 the OECD released: “ Public Discussion Draft - BEPS ACTION 8: REVISIONS TO CHAPTER VIII OF THE TRANSFER PRICING GUIDELINES ON COST CONTRIBUTION ARRANGEMENTS (CCAs)” (you will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window).
On June 1, 2015 the OECD published the public comments it received on this Discussion Draft. The comments fill 337 pages and can be found here (you will be forwarded to the website of the OECD, which will open in a new window).
The input will be discussed during a public consultation meeting which will be held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris on July 6/7, 2015. The OECD still has to publish details of how to attend the public consultation meeting.
