In April 2015 the European Parliament’s Special Committee on Tax Rulings and Other Measures Similar in Nature or Effect (hereafter: TAXE) sent information requests to 30 EU Jurisdictions (28 Member States and Jersey and Guernsey). On June 26, 2015 TAXE published the first batch of replies it received (See our article from June 26, 2015). On July 3, 2015 TAXE then updated its list with another three replies it received (See our article from July 3, 2015). On July 10, 2015 TAXE published an other 3 replies it received from national governments to the information request it sent in April 2015.

The replies that were published on July 10, 2015 are:

·        Croatia (in English)

·        Estonia (in English)

·        Hungary (in English)

TAXE has now published 19 responses it has received from national governments.
