On July 12, 2015 late at night on the official website of the EP’s Special Committee on Tax Rulings and Other Measures Similar in Nature or Effect (TAXE) an announcement was published that the Exchange of views with Mr. Juncker, Mr. Moscovici and finance ministers was postponed again.

Initially this exchange of views was planned for July 2, 2015. However, due to the situation regarding Greece at that time, the exchange of views was then postponed and eventually rescheduled for July 13, 2015.

According to the Joint Declaration issued last night by TAXE and ECON: “due to the ongoing negotiations regarding Greece, we have agreed to postpone to September the ECON-TAXE joint committee meeting scheduled for Monday 13 July, for an exchange of views on tax avoidance and tax base erosion with the President of ECOFIN, the President of the Commission and the Commissioner in charge of taxation, as well as Finance Ministers of Member States”.
