On July 17, 2015 the European Parliament’s Special Committee on Tax Rulings and Other Measures Similar in Nature or Effect (TAXE) published 4 more replies it received from national governments to its request for information it sent out in April 2015. The latest replies published include the replies from large EU countries like Germany and Spain.

The most recent replies published are from:

·         The Czech Republic (in English);

·         Germany (in German);

·         Greece (in Greek); and

·         Spain (in Spanish)

Since the last batch of replies published, TAXE also published an English translation of the reply sent by the Portuguese government, which before was only available in the Portuguese language. Click here to be forwarded to the English translation of the Portuguese reply.
