In April 2015 the European Parliament’s Special Committee on Tax Rulings and Other Measures Similar in Nature or Effect (hereafter: TAXE) sent information requests to 30 EU Jurisdictions (the 28 Member States and Jersey and Guernsey). TAXE has now published the replies it received from the national governments of Italy, Austria, Romania and Cyprus.

Click on the country of your choice to be forwarded to the reply of that respective national government as published on the website of TAXE:

·         Austria (in English)

·         Cyprus (in English)

·         Italy (in English)

·         Romania (in English)

With these four replies published, the only replies that are missing are the replies from the national governments of Bulgaria, Denmark and Slovenia.

Previous publications

On June 26, 2015 TAXE published the first batch of replies it received (See our article from June 26, 2015). On July 3, 2015 TAXE then updated its list with another three replies it received (See our article from July 3, 2015). On July 10, 2015 TAXE published another 3 replies it received from national governments to the information request it sent in April 2015 (See our article from July 12, 2015).
