INTERNATIONAL TAX PLAZA - German Ministry of Finance has sent an application letter to the financial authorities of the States of Germany with respect to the FATCA IGA that was concluded with the U.S.

On November 30, 2015 the German Ministry of Finance sent an application letter to the financial authorities of the States of Germany (Oberste Finanzbehörden der Länder) with respect to the FATCA IGA that the Governments of the German Republic and the United States concluded on May 31, 2013.

The letter is an extensive document of 71 pages, which is only available in the German language.
