ECLI:NL:RBZWB:2015:6530; Rechtbank Zeeland-West-Brabant, 08-10-2015; (Belanghebbende en zijn broer hebben middels hun holdings een kruislingse financiering tot stand gebracht waarbij leningen zijn verstrekt in Turkse Lira en belanghebbenden per saldo geen enkel valutarisico hebben gelopen. De rechtbank oordeelt dat de opgezette constructie in strijd is met doel en strekking van de wet (fraus legis))
