A Draft Report on tax rulings and other measures similar in nature or effect is available on the website of the European Parliament. The report has been drafted by the co-rapporteurs: Elisa Ferreira and Michael Theurer and is dated July 20, 2015.

The Government of Jersey has published the Agreement between the Government of Jersey and the Government of the Republic of Korea on the Exchange of Information Relating to Tax Matters (hereafter: the TIEA), which was signed on July 21, 2015. Although signed, the TIEA has not yet entered into force. For the TIEA to enter into force, the respective ratification procedures have to have been finalized in both countries.

 

The TIEA arranges for the exchange of information upon request.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury on its webpage that is dedicated to FATCA has published the FATCA Agreement that was concluded between the Government of the United States and the Government of the Republic of Turkey.

On January 14, 2015 the Irish Department of Finance opened a public consultation on the intended introduction of the Knowledge Development Box (‘KDB’) (See our article from January 14, 2015). The consultation ran from January 14 to April 8, 2015. On July 30, 2015 the Irish Department of Finance published what it calls a Knowledge Development Box Feedback Statement.
